New Jersey tightens COVID-19 restrictions on indoor gatherings

New Jersey has scaled back its indoor gathering limit to a maximum of 25 people or 25% of a room's capacity – whichever figure is lower. Additionally, students will be required to wear face masks at all times this fall. The restrictions are a response to rising COVID-19 cases and an increased transmission rate.
